I will take you through Neustrelitz at the end of the imperial era
Residence town and administrative center of a small state, rich and backward at the same time. Popular excursion destination for Berliners. Railway junction. City of palaces and parks. Much is in the past, but the loss of political importance over the course of the 20th century has meant that many corners of the city have been well preserved.
Locations and time are fitting together
On a walk through the city I will bring you closer to the time around 1910 with words and pictures. Our way leads through streets that have not changed significantly since then, which will awaken a feeling of time travel!
Extension possible
Our little excursion lasts 2 hours. The city center of Neustrelitz offers far more opportunities to travel back in time to the beginning of the 20th century. Therefore you can either extend this tour or start the “second part of the trip” on another day. You can decide that at the end of the tour or later.
